Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Do not sign for the package if you see it is damaged, we can contact the delivery company for a refund. If you have already signed for the parcel and found it was damaged, contact the delivery company responsible for your delivery and provide proof of damage. We will work with you to provide a satisfactory solution.

 

Refunds

We will notify you within 48 hours once we’ve received your refund case, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and funds have not been received, please contact us at support@retrozoku.com

 

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at support@retrozoku.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address we provide when your return is approved.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made or personalized products. If you have questions about a specific item, feel free to reach out before purchasing.
