RETROZOKU Limited Warranty

RETROZOKU warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use for a period of three hundred sixty-five (365) days from the original date of purchase, unless otherwise stated in product-specific documentation.

This Limited Warranty covers mechanical and electrical defects that were present at the time of delivery and that arise during normal use. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, environmental exposure, road debris, improper storage, racing, stunt use, or operation in unreasonably harsh conditions. Use of RETROZOKU products in such conditions may void this warranty.


Electrocompo and Service Policy

RETROZOKU does not operate service centers or authorized repair dealers.

If a warranty claim is approved, RETROZOKU’s sole obligation is to provide a replacement part for the defective component, at RETROZOKU’s discretion. RETROZOKU does not provide repair services, labor, or installation assistance. All replacement parts must be installed by the owner or at the owner’s expense. Improper installation may void warranty coverage.

RETROZOKU does not require customers to return products for warranty service unless specifically requested.

Warranty Claims and Shipping

All warranty claims must be submitted to support@retrozoku.com and must include proof of purchase.

Shipping costs incurred when returning a product or component, if requested by RETROZOKU, are the responsibility of the customer. RETROZOKU will cover the cost of shipping approved replacement parts back to the customer.


Additional Terms

This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Normal wear items and cosmetic damage are not covered. RETROZOKU reserves the right to deny warranty claims that do not meet the terms outlined above.
