Shipping policy

Typical shipping and processing timeline:

Order processing time: up to 10 days

Shipping via air: 2-3 weeks

Shipping via sea: 4-8 weeks

Shipping is via air by default for most small items. Tracking information is available after the package arrives in your country. 

 

To keep pricing accessible, we utilize commercial bulk shipping and consolidated freight, allowing us to reduce shipping costs for our customers. Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

For international customers, delivery timelines may vary due to customs processing and local clearance, which can occasionally result in delays outside of our control. We partner with logistics providers experienced in international shipping and customs clearance to ensure the smoothest possible delivery experience.

U.S. orders only: most tariffs, duties, and taxes are included at checkout, with no additional fees due upon delivery. If some fees aren't all included at checkout, we'll email you the total first, where you have the option to cancel if needed.
